Loved this place, I strongly recommend to all. I really enjoyed location, it was magnificent and stunning, really close to Giardino Scotto, old centre and leaning tower area, and the city center.
Not obvious to find. It met required needs.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Marco, the owner, was extremely welcoming and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed. the facilities were impressive, with a great kitchen space and a gorgeous lounge area. We also appreciated the free access to a computer and printer, which made printing our flight boarding passes a breeze. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with soft towels provided. the location was perfect, as we were able to walk from the train station upon arrival and to the airport upon departure. We didn't need to use any transportation during our stay, as everything we wanted to see and do was within an enjoyable walking distance. Cons: Nothing, all was good. 😊.

Convenient location, within walking distance to key attractions and transportation options. Comfortable and clean rooms, with the added bonus of heated rooms.- Helpful and friendly host, providing useful information and maps.- Morning treat basket provided.
No change of bed sheets or towels for longer stays. Owner is often not on site, making check-in difficult.

It's a fantastic workout to walk from the train station to the hotel, and it's even better for burning off those extra gelato calories from Piazza dei Miracoli. Free Wi-Fi means I can post my #PoshPisaSelfie instantly!
Who needs air conditioning when you can experience nature's own sauna in your room? Didn't know I signed up for a hot yoga retreat!

I recently stayed at a guest house in Pisa for a few nights and had a great experience. The room rate was cheaper than most others and it was definitely value for money. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to the train station and airport, as well as being close to the city center. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I particularly liked the fact that there was a kitchen available for guests to use. It was well-stocked and had everything I needed to prepare my own meals. Additionally, there was a dining room with a computer and printer for guests to use, which was a nice touch.
I do recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a budget accommodation near the train station in Pisa. The location was perfect for my day trips, as it was just a short walk away. The room had everything I needed, including a fan, although it did get a little hot in August. The shared kitchen was well-stocked, but I do wish they had provided wash clothes instead of a dirty sponge for washing dishes. Despite these minor issues, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

We visited the leaning tower and the vibrant nightlife scene. The hotel was super close to the train station, which made it easy for us to explore other cities during the day. The rooms were basic but comfy, and we had access to a shared kitchen. Free wifi was a plus!
The only thing I wish for was a common area where we could hang out and meet other young travelers. It would have been fun to have a space to socialize and maybe even play some games.

Great location, within walking distance to major attractions and train station. Free wifi was excellent, reliable and fast.- Helpful owner/key holder who provided useful tips and advice.- Nice touch with the offer of free breakfast to make up for delayed check-in.- Remote access to the room was convenient.
Frustrating that key holder wasn't on site despite knowing arrival time. Lack of double glazing made it noisy at night, not ideal for light sleepers.
